25 February New - Stitchwitchery Freebie :oDWOW! I'm a grandma again! - my daughter a son-in-law had a baby boy on Thursday morning ... and as with his older sister, I was there to see him born. One thing about the women in my family ... we have babies the way other people shell peas LOL.

Okay ... I've had my rant. As I've said, I really do appreciate those who are kind enough to leave nice comments, and you are all MOST welcome. In fact ... I might just sit up and make another couple of freebies (time allowing - I've been called in to work  ) ... just to say thank you!06 February Party FreebieUnghhhh it's raining again ... we've had drought for so long, there are kids who've never seen rain like this ... so we've gone from whingeing about not having any lawns at all ... to whingeing that we're gonna need machetes and pith helmets to cut a path through the overgrowth!
Had to get up in the wee small hours this morning (and almost overslept
 ) to take the mother to hospital for a little op. Had it been yesterday, I would have had to go twice as far, because of the flash flooding ... but ... as it happened, we'd had no sleep, the night before that, because of a persistent drip-drip-drip outside the bedroom window (which drove us so crazy that the husband got up, around 3am, and ventured out with a raincoat over his pjs to try to find the offending noisemaker. He didn't succeed  ). Anyway, that's why we overslept. But it was all okay: - thankfully there was virtually no traffic, an hour before dawn ... I got her to the hospital, she was first on the list for the day, and everything went well, although she'll be staying there for a couple of days R&R.Meanwhile, I've made a new freebie ... hope you like it: -
